These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Uniflow HQ (“Uniflow HQ,” “we,” “us”) about your use of this website and the test call and demo experiences we offer. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and be using the site for business purposes on behalf of yourself or a business that you are allowed to represent.
The test call and demo
When you submit the form, you ask our voice AI to call the phone number you enter. You are speaking with an AI voice assistant, not a person. The call is a demonstration of how Uniflow HQ could answer calls for a med spa. Only enter a number that belongs to you or that you are allowed to give us. We may record and transcribe the call, and by continuing the call you agree to that. Do not share health information or other sensitive personal details during the test call.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting the form, you agree that Uniflow HQ and its service providers may call you, including with an automated or AI-generated voice, and may send you text messages and emails about your test call, your demo, and our services, using the contact details you provide. Your consent is not required to buy any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help, or tell us on a call or by email that you do not want to be contacted. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or the test call to break the law, to enter someone else’s phone number without permission, to harass or harm anyone, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with or attack the site or our systems, or to copy, resell, or reverse engineer our technology.
No guarantees about results
The test call and demo show examples of what the technology can do. Responses from AI can sometimes be incomplete or wrong, and results in your own business will vary. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice, and the site and the test call are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Intellectual property
The site, including its text, design, logos, video, images, and software, belongs to Uniflow HQ or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view it for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written permission.
Third-party services
The site may use or link to services provided by others, such as scheduling tools and payment, analytics, and telephony providers. Their terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Uniflow HQ and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or the test call. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed $100. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Uniflow HQ and its service providers from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your submission of a phone number you were not allowed to give us.
